What is recovery coaching?
A recovery coach is many things here are just a few; a motivator, cheerleader, ally and confidant, truth-teller, role model, mentor, problem solver, resource broker, advocate, community organiser and a friend. A Recovery Coach is NOT a sponsor, therapist, doctor or nurse. I am not a licensed health professional, the information I offer is for coaching purposes only and is not meant to replace any advice from a health care professional.
Anyone can call themselves a recovery coach, but I have taken the time to invest in the leading recovery coach training worldwide so I can best support you on YOUR journey
