Like last time it’s a very relaxed place to just come and sit and share what might be going on for you in a completely non judgement space, a place to switch off and unwind, a place to meet new friends.
I can’t promise exactly what a circle will be like, as no two are ever the same. However, what I can say is that whenever I sit in circle I feel their restorative power. I feel held by the group of women and soothed in the knowledge that all of me is welcome in the space, and that I don’t have to worry about being judged. That no one will offer unwanted advice or try to fix me. It makes me feel deeply connected, with a great sense of peace and our oneness.
